By Eyo Nse,
Following the trend of #EndSARS on Twitter which prompted the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mohammed Adamu to suspend the activities of Special Anti-robbery Squad (SARS) a new trend has been created by Nigerians on social media with hashtag #EndSWAT, Brainnews report.

The IGP had announced a new department SWAT to replace SARS, but Nigerians are still not satisfied.
At the time of filing this report, Nigerians had taken to the Streets and major roads across Nigeria to protest with #EndSWAT tags.
Our question now is, what do Nigerians really want from the police department?
Below are what Nigerians are saying on Twitter about the new hashtag #EndSWAT:
We don’t believe you are listening when nobody has been dismissed, arrested and charged for the murder of innocent protesters and citizens. Accountability is the first step to change. #EndSars #EndSWAT

We are peaceful. We have no murdered protesters. We have no arrested protesters.
Yet every time we come out, in massive numbers. Shut down the whole Ibadan movement! So all these don’t deserve media coverage?? Fix up!! #EndSWAT #EndPoliceBrutality
