Female Food Vendor Murdered By Ritualist in Osun State

A report from Premium Times has it that a female food vendor has been murdered by a suspected ritualist.

According to the report, the woman known as Iya Elekuru, who is a food vendor was called into a building and never returned. What was being found later was a corpse with no head and hands.

This was made known by one Osun State Police Superintendent, Yemisi Opalola.

The Police spokesperson said, the woman was lured by the culprit under the pretence of buying her food, and was brutally murdered. Her head and hands were cut off.

The police took the body and the son of the victim according to the report has claimed the corpse and buried it according to Islamic rites.

The community youths are said to be suspecting a herbalist who lives in the building where the murder took place, meanwhile the police are making investigations.
