A car dashcam captured the moment a thief snatched the phone of a commuter in Lagos traffic around Mile 12. The incident happened on Wednesday night, April 7.
In the video, the thief is seen approaching a yellow passenger bus and forcefully snatching the phone from the commuter through the window before running off.
