The Federal Government has Appointed former Super Eagles Captain, John Mikel Obi as a Youth Ambassador.
The arrangement which occurred at the NOC secretariat, National Stadium, Surulere Lagos on Friday was given to the footballer in a bid to rouse youthful Nigerians to make progress toward greatness.
It is one more of the Sports Minister, Sunday Dare’s drives equipped towards driving a lively youth for public turn of events.
Talking at the occasion, Dare, depicted the previous Chelsea player as a good example whose enduring inheritances in football improvement decidedly affect adolescents in the country.
The minister vowed to help Mikel’s vision and the vision for sports advancement in the country and furthermore guaranteed the Stoke City midfielder of the Federal Government’s unalloyed help at whatever point he decides to put resources into the country.
