Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has elicited reactions from fans with a photo mix of her before body and after a Brazillian butt surgery.

In an Instagram post, Tontolet responded with a throwback photo accompanied by the song ‘Coming in Hot’ to an enquiry on why she had the surgery.

She wrote: “Someone asked me why #ISURGERY.

“Me:- Well I Hope with this one point of mine I have answered.”

Fans and followers stormed the comment section to react to her post.

While some commended Mama King for her sincerity as they gushed over her.

Others simply noted that the media personality truly needed the procedure as the difference is crystal clear.
