My 40th Birthday Wish Is To Be President – Yul Edochie
Nigerian actor, Yul Edochie has said that his 40th birthday wish is to be President of Nigeria.
Nollywood star actor, Yul Edochie, who is celebrating his 40th birthday on Friday, has said his birthday wish is to become the President of Nigeria.
The thespian, in a post on his Instagram page, said all his wishes and prayer points over the years were answered.
However, he has just one more, which is to become the president in 2023.
The actor added that his desire to become the president was so that he could eliminate suffering from the lives of his people.
He wrote: “Happy 40th birthday to me. Happy birthday to a man of peace and love.
“I thank God for letting me see this day in my life. I thank God for all His blessings.
“All the prayer points and wishes I had many years ago God has answered all of them and even more. And I’m grateful to Him.
“Dear God, please make me the President of Nigeria in 2023 so I can wipe away the tears of my people.
“Thank you Lord for answering my prayer.”
In December, Edochie had expressed hope that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar would support his presidential ambition.
Yul ran for governorship in Anambra State under the Democratic People’s Congress (DPC) in 2017.
According to him, his father, the veteran actor, Pete Edochie, has endorsed his presidential ambition.
