Gunmen Shoot 2 Dead In Enugu, Rob Traders In Anambra (Photos, Video)

Gunmen has shot two people dead in Enugu State and robbed traders in Anambra State.

Two people have been shot dead at Parklane, Enugu by armed men linked to Biafran separatist, Simon Ekpa. The armed men who were enforcing a Sit at Home announced by the separatist, stormed several areas of Enugu including the New Market area where they shot sporadically and set a hilux on fire. Other armed men, yet linked to Ekpa, stormed the Osumenyi axis of Anambra state, robbing traders of their money and goods, while chasing them away with machetes.

The Sit at Home announced by Simon Ekpa, who remains unpopular in the Southeast, has been largely shunned by people of the zone.
