UNICROSS Fresh Graduate Dies In A Car Accident (Photos)

A UNICROSS (formally CRUTECH) fresh graduate, Confidence Ogar Enya has died in a car accident, Brainnews report.

Calabargist wrote on Facebook;

“Unicross lost one Graduate

JUST IN: Confidence Ogar Enya a 500level student of the department of Civil engineering UNICROSS Calabar Campus has been confirmed Dead yesterday at about 7pm just few days after her sign out.

R.I.P Comrade”

Crossriverwatch reports that a fresh graduate from the University of Cross River State (UNICROSS), Calabar campus, Confidence Ogar Enya is said to have passed on after being involved in an auto crash.

Confidence, who is in her 20s, just graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering a few days ago.

The Ikom indigene was said to have headed back to Calabar from her hometown when her vehicle had an accident along the Calabar-Ikom highway by Northwest fuel station Odukpani Local Government Area; a stone throw from Scanobo Junction on Monday, October 16th, 2023 at about 7 pm.

She had posted her graduation day on her Facebook handle saying: “God did it… Thank you, Jesus, it wasn’t easy. #B.Eng Civil Engineering#.”

Meanwhile, friends, colleagues, classmates, and others have taken to social media to pour their hearts out for the shocking tragedy.

A friend Rhoda Edoki wrote: “This one hit me R.I.P beautiful confidence….” followed by emotional threads.

Another user by name Unusual Man said: “JUST IN: Confidence Ogar Enya a 500-level student of the department of Civil engineering UNICROSS Calabar Campus has been confirmed Dead yesterday at about 7pm just a few days after her sign out.

R.I.P Comrade.”

A source close to her disclosed that she was returning back to Calabar from Ikom to complete her final project before the crash.
