“I noticed a kind of competition between Soludo and Otti. Abia opposition always use Soludo projects to shame Otti while Anambra opposition also use Ottis projects to shame Soludo. In the end, the masses enjoy. Healthy competition is good. Inner city roads is topmost priority in SE states.”
