A notice posted on Twitter’s status page on Thursday October 15, said the company was “Investigating Irregularity with Twitter APIs.”
Reports of problems with Twitter began to spike just after 5:30 p.m. ET, and soared to over 45,000 by 5:42 p.m, DownDetector.com revealed.
