I Visited United States To See My Children And Not For Check-Up – Gov Sule

The governor of Nasarawa state Abdullahi Sule has said that he was in the United States to visit his children and not for medical check-up.

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa state has debunked claims of visiting the United States for medical checkup as reported few days ago.

Appearing on a Channels Television programme, Sule stated that he travelled to the U.S. to see his children while on his annual vacation which usually takes off in December.

The governor added that while on vacation in the U.S. where he had stayed for quite some time, he equally used the advantage to carry out routine medical checkups.

“My trip here has nothing to do with my health. I’m here on my annual vacation. Usually, I carry out my medical checkups even while I was the MD of the Dangote Group.

“There is nothing wrong with my health. I have just finished my routine medical checkups, dental check, eye check and everything went perfectly,” Sule said.
